For Jonathan Stamper
- All sales are deemed to be made between the buyer and Jonathan Stamper (here after referred to as JS) in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- All printed price lists and quotations are subject to alteration without notice.
- All accounts and invoices are to be paid prior to dispatch or collection, unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
- The risk in the goods shall remain with JS until delivery is completed.
- If the customer cannot take delivery or the items are not collected within a 30 day period JS reserves the right to charge storage and insurance fees, unless otherwise arranged.
- Any shortages, damages or complaints concerning the goods should be notified in writing within 14 days.
- JS accepts no liability for any damage to any premises, fixtures or furnishings where a delivery has been booked as a kerbside delivery.
- Whilst delivery dates are given in good faith they are not guaranteed and JS excludes liability for loss or damage caused by delay in delivery.
- When installing or using goods supplied by JS the buyer shall observe all directions and warnings issued by JS.
- JS cannot accept responsivity for shrinkage and movement in timber due to atmospheric changes i.e. damp conditions or central heating.
Delivery and Returns
Prices shown do not include delivery.
Customer collection can be arranged with JS.
Delivery can be quoted for.
UK delivery of large objects must be confirmed in writing.
Please note that the buyer must ensure that items ordered can be delivered to their property with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days from delivery or collection.
Your right to return goods does not apply to custom made objects.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to write or email within 14 days and return the goods at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation, you will receive reimbursement when the goods are received in good condition by JS.
