living and working on our cumbrian dairy farm provides a constant source of inspiration, from natural and organic forms.
My passion is working with wood in all its different textures and forms. The combination of wood and aged materials like metals and leather sit well together in any environment.
My creative energies and thoughts have been strongly influenced by the works of Barbara Hepworth throughout my life and my art teacher Meryl Evans, was a great mentor who kept me focussed on the Arts & Crafts, long after leaving school, and this combination of art and dairy farming has always been a satisfying and fulfilling combination.
